Andy joined the TRM Microwave Leadership team in December of 2021. He brings a diverse portfolio of skills required to drive an organization to the next level with significant experiences in transformational leadership, organizational behavior and the motivational tenacity to achieve success. Andy has a proven track record, working in the manufacturing industries at all levels of management which has allowed him to align people and processes to transform businesses in demanding environments. Andy brings a team mindset that allows him to mentor others to engage and create a culture for success.
Andy is a Veteran of the United States Air Force National Guard.
Andy earned his BSEE, Honors at the Massachusetts at North Dartmouth as well as a MBA, High Technology Program from Northeastern University
